players.

- NQ Ladies Open – 100-120 ladies
Accommodation Options
Clubs may wish to advise their preferred options, together with prices. This data should be sent to the District Secretary for
circulation with official mail on the event, or alternatively, distributed from your Club with copy to the District Secretary.
Entry Forms
Printing and distribution of forms for the NQ Open is the responsibility of the Association. Entry forms in all instances are to
be returned to the District Secretary, and not to the Host Club.
Alteration to Venue
The Association in consultation with the Host Club will postpone, re-schedule, move or cancel an event in such circumstances
as bad weather, lack of accommodation etc.
Draw
- Is the responsibility of the Association and will be distributed to participating Clubs. Any amendments to the Draw will
be done by the Association, who will notify the Host Club of changes.
- Prior to the event the Association will fax Draw to local newspapers for publication and post to our website

- In the case of the NQ Open, the draw for the 2 rounds will be done at the same time (no seeded Draw for 2nd round).
Course
· Courses with fewer than 18 Holes cannot be considered for the NQ Ladies Open. Nine (9) hole courses may be
used for Pennants.
· Dependent on the size of the field, Host Clubs may wish to use the course after the NQ field turns. Times to be
